New Workshops
The New School & the Barry Harris Institute of Jazz
proudly announce a collaboration to revive the late Barry Harris’ iconic jazz workshops.
Over the next academic year, a series of jazz workshops will be held on selected Sunday nights with the first workshop taking place on September 24, 2023.
Each Workshop will include the following classes:
Harmony Class for Pianists and Guitarists (6-7:00 pm)
Vocal Class (7-8:30 pm)
Improvisation Class (8:30-10 pm)
Workshops will take place on the following dates:

Sunday October 1st, 2023
Sunday, October 22nd, 2023
Sunday, November 5th
